Retail Agent for ATOL Protected Operators
Travelution will act as an agent for suppliers who hold ATOL licences such as Tour operators, to agree with current Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) rules and regulations and be a law-abiding company.

This would mean that the contract for the product would be between the client and the supplier, which would apply additional terms and conditions to each booking, depending on conditions made by each supplier and for each product. When Travelution acts as an agent they have no contractual liability to the client in respect of that product.

Third Party Links
Travelution will make a wide range of booking choices for its clients from its suppliers. Travelution believes that the suppliers that they use are the best for their clients. However if a client feels otherwise, Travelution would like to be informed. It is also important for clients request to know the relevant terms and conditions of any supplier they wish to use before making any booking.

Changes/Cancellations/Refunds
All products that Travelution will sell to their clients will have certain conditions that a client should know about regarding changes, cancellations, and refunds before making each booking. When bookings are made clients will be advised by Travelution how much it would cost them, or how much they would loose, or get back, if they wish to do any of the above. This would also include charges from Travelution where applicable. Clients will be advised when their tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Where there will be a delay in the clients receiving a refund because Travelution is waiting for this money to be paid back from the suppliers, clients will be advised the minimum and maximum time to expect a refund.

If client have lost travel documents, it may be possible for them to be re-issued these at a fee. Clients should contact Travelution if they are still in the U.K. and the supplier if they abroad

Privacy Policy

Trust Account
Travelution operates a Trust Account in co-operation with the Travel Trust Association. The Travel Trust Association is designed to regulate its members and provide financial protection to the consumers of Travel Trust Association members through use of a trust account. The Trust Account acts as a conduit to hold funds on behalf of all parties until the services are provided or someone else becomes responsible for the protection of those funds. Each Travel Association Member has a trustee who authorises, in conjunction with the member, the release of funds from the Trust Account.

Travel Protection Plan
All consumers are provided with Fidelity Insurance of up to £11,000 on all funds accepted into trust by a TTA Member. The Travel Protection Plan covers every service that you have booked through Travelution Ltd whether it be for transport, accommodation, entertainment or recreation. It involves two aspects, firstly the Trust account operated for your benefit. The money may only be released from the trust to pay for the services that you have booked. Secondly there is a further protection from insurance cover provided by the safety seat plan, if your money is not in the trust account. It will reimburse the loss of any amount paid to the Travelution Ltd for your booking up to a maximum any one passenger of £11,000.

Therefore, the trust account plus the safe seat plan insurance coverage will ensure that all the money which you have paid is safely protected and available to pay for those services which you have booked.

Payments Due
When a client makes a charter booking, depending on date of departure, the client is normally able to pay the full balance 8 - 12 weeks prior to date of departure unless stated otherwise by the supplier.

Published Fares will be payable instantly.

Any other products will also be payable instantly unless stated otherwise at time of booking.

Other Important Points
Although Travelution will advise clients about the validity required on their passports when making a booking, it is the client's responsibility to make sure they fulfil these requirements.

Travelution will always offer travel insurance to their clients; it is the responsibility of the clients to make sure they have travel insurance, as this is a necessity to most destinations.

Airlines can change the times and dates or cancel a flight altogether due to a number of reasons that may have previously been booked for a client. Occasionally the airlines will re-protect the client to another carrier, otherwise allow the clients to change their dates of travel, or accept the changes made. When this happens Travelution will relay any message passed on from a supplier to the client and will act accordingly to which option the client wishes to take. The client will understand that cancellations, refunds, date changes are not in the control of Travelution.
