Travelution operates a Trust Account in co-operation with
the Travel Trust Association. The Travel Trust Association is designed
to regulate its members and provide financial protection to the consumers
of Travel Trust Association members through use of a trust account. The
Trust Account acts as a conduit to hold funds on behalf of all parties
until the services are provided or someone else becomes responsible for
the protection of those funds. Each Travel Association Member has a trustee
who authorises, in conjunction with the member, the release of funds from
the Trust Account.
Travel Protection Plan
All consumers are provided with Fidelity Insurance
of up to £11,000 on all funds accepted into trust by a TTA Member. The
Travel Protection Plan covers every service that you have booked through
Travelution Ltd whether it be for transport, accommodation, entertainment

for your benefit. The money may only be released from the trust to pay

from insurance cover provided by the safety seat plan, if your money is
not in the trust account. It will reimburse the loss of any amount paid
to the Travelution Ltd for your booking up to a maximum any one passenger

client. Occasionally the airlines will re-protect the client to another
carrier, otherwise allow the clients to change their dates of travel,
or accept the changes made. When this happens Travelution will relay any
message passed on from a supplier to the client and will act accordingly
to which option the client wishes to take. The client will understand
that cancellations, refunds, date changes are not in the control of Travelution.
