Your Contract with Travelution Asia:
Please Read all of the booking conditions carefully. To secure a booking and to acknowledge that the booking conditions have been read and understood, Travelution Asia (the 'Company') or its agent requires a completed and signed booking form together with a non-refundable deposit of £150 per person per tour or full payment for travel within 56 days. It will be deemed that the booking conditions have been read and understood if any bookings have been made using any other means - telephone, fax, e-mail or online bookings. Once you (the "client") receive a confirmation invoice by writing, it is only then that the contract will become legally binding and the contract between the Company and the 'Client' comes into existence. The person who signs the booking form is responsible for all payments due for any other passengers listed on the booking form.

Payment for your holiday:
The balance of all monies due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be paid to the Company or their agent not later than 56 days before departure. Most forms of payment are accepted. A 2% surcharge is applicable for all credit card transactions. The Company will not accept responsibility for any monies sent by post The Company will not be responsible for documents mislaid or lost in the postal system. If the balance of a booking is not made by the due date, the Company will treat the booking as cancelled by the Client and reserves the right to charge the relevant cancellation charges as outlined below in "Cancellation charges".

Changes made by you:
Changes (excluding departure date-see below for departure date changes) can be made to a booking once written confirmation has been received by the person who had originally signed the booking form. These changes will be charged at £25 per change per person and may be in addition to any other charges the company may apply. Special requests can be made but not guaranteed. Departure date changes can be made subject to availability at a charge of £50 unless within 56 days of departure where cancellations charges will apply. These charges apply only a Travelution tour, if any changes are to be made to any flights booked through the company, the relevant airline cancellation and change fees will apply.

Cancellation made by you:
Cancellations can be made once written confirmation has been received by the person that signed the original booking form. The cancellation charges shown below apply to the company tour only and if flights or any other booking has been made through the company, the relevant cancellation fees from the airline or whatever external company or supplier will apply. In many cases airlines charge 100% cancellation fees.

Below is a table of Travelution Asia cancellation fees:-

Period Before Departure Cancellation Charge
56 Days or More Loss of Deposit
55 – 14 Days 75% of total cost
Within 13 days of travel 100% of total Cost

Changes made by Travelution:
By Entering into the contract the client accepts that the company may make changes to the tour if the company feels it is necessary or advisable with the best interest of the clients concerned, this can be for any circumstance. The Company reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices described in the brochure. No Compensation can be provided for a change made because of "Force Majeure" which includes war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, closures or congestion at airports or ports, or other similar events beyond the control of the Company. The Company will do its best to make suitable alternative arrangements for clients if changes are to be made.

Cancellations made by Travelution:
By entering into the contract the client accepts that the company has the right to cancel any tour. The Company will not cancel any tours within 56 days to departure unless if the reason is because of Force Majeure, for which the company can cancel a tour at any time. If a tour is cancelled due to Force Majeure, clients will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid.

Clients must seek professional medical advice before any trip with regards to any medications that will be necessary. It is the responsibility the client to advise Travelution before travel of any illness and if they have any pre-existing medical conditions to declare, and if none have been declared that they are physically fit to travel and in good health. All of the above mentioned are wholly the clients responsibility and they should make sure they have adequate time before a tour to organise these. Clients are responsible for all of their own belongings and at all times will be the client/owners risk. Where the company does not provide the transfers, clients are responsible for making their own arrangements to arrive on time at the meeting point mentioned in the documentation sent out to them. Travelution tour guides will best advise clients of anything the client wishes to do or places they wish to go independently of the group, this will be the best advise known to the tour guides (and should be acknowledged by clients) and the company will not be held responsible for any incidents that may occur. A client will not hold Travelution responsible for the failure of any of the above.

Behaviour:

In such circumstances the company reserves the right to exclude anyone from the tour and clients will not be entitled to any refund, the contract between the company and the client would cease with immediate effect.

Special requests:
Special requests can always be made, but can never be guaranteed, the company will not be held responsible for any requests that have not materialised. Any special requests should be made at time of booking, otherwise within a reasonable time before the tour departure.
